Get started with 1:1 Sessions

I specialize in healing the impacts of trauma, especially from childhood. When we walk with trauma in adulthood, it can show up in our lives as depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, codependence in romantic relationships, chronic dissociation, recurring yeast infections, vulva pain, and chronic pain conditions.

I have personal experience working with and healing the above conditions. You need not walk through life suffering. I’m here to help support you in learning how to heal yourself through the sessions below.

Heaven on Earth Reiki Sessions allows for cleansing of the chakras (energy centers of the body) and for the healing energy of the cosmos to be directed into you. I can also teach you how to call upon these healing energies yourself. Heaven on Earth Reiki Sessions are offered as 3 45-minute sessions to allow time for full integration of the healing energies.

Spirit Integration Sessions are a guided meditation where you enter your subconscious mind in your mind’s eye through a structured Q & A protocol. Once there, you’ll directly transform the lived experience of trauma through shifting the emotions learned there. This protocol has the potential to heal your parents, siblings, and ancestral line. Spirit Integration Sessions are offered as a 3-pack in order to allow for you to release and transform the trauma at the (1.) physical-emotional level, (2.) inner child and parents level, and (3.) ancestral level.

Spiritual Coaching gives you the space to ask me anything related to magical practices, initiations, spiritual work, rituals, and rites. I’ll offer workings for you to try. If you’re interested in privately guided rituals or ceremonies, this is the place to start.

I offer single sessions for Coaching, but I highly recommend signing up for 4 Sessions. When we work together, deep shifts are possible. It’s important to give yourself the gift of accountability and follow through. I want to witness you grow, and that is only possible when we meet repeatedly.
